Vanguard Talent began as a small agency based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a big vision: to change the way talent is discovered, developed, and supported. What started as a passion project has now grown into a thriving agency representing over 3,800 clients across music, modeling, acting, and content creation. We are proud to have two Grammy-nominated artists among our roster and a reputation for helping emerging talent break into the industry — without the heavy costs that often come with it.
At Vanguard, we believe in empowering our clients. Unlike traditional agencies that take as much as 50% of your earnings, we offer the lowest commission rates in the United States, and we only take a percentage from jobs and bookings that we secure for you. We never touch the income you generate through your own social media, campaigns, or independent work — because your creativity belongs to you.
All of our artists sign one-year contracts, giving you the freedom and flexibility to grow without being locked into long-term commitments. Our goal is to build a collaborative, transparent, and successful partnership with every client we represent.
